This is a video I did at home relieving some colic pain on my little one when she was about 6 months old. She suffered a bit of constipation & gas from time to time and doing these exercises at home always helped her. I learned some of the moves in a postpartum class I took and doing some online research.
This is not a permanent solution but just a natural way to remedy tummy aches which worked for my little one. Please consult your pediatrician before doing these exercises. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to comment below. :)
